This is a “must-have” stop for every real dessert lover. This small, quaint café, located on the corner of Oak Lawn and Avondale, specializes in decadent desserts, wondrous wines, and live jazz with a pretty awesome staff. The relaxing atmosphere and the smooth sounds of jazz could mentally transport anyone to a luxurious island. This place is worth every penny; it is also definitely an ideal place for a lovely date.

We sat on the “coffee shop” side of the building, listened to the faint sounds of jazz, and enjoyed a delicious banana split accompanied by homemade ice cream and homemade toppings. Chocolate Secrets definitely gets our approval!
