3P Consulting Group Introduces A Curvy Experience During Essence Fest Weekend 

New Orleans, LA – April 3, 2018​ – 3P Consulting Group has announced the details of their Essence of Curves event, slated for New Orleans during Essence Fest Weekend. The event will be held on July 7, 2018 and will feature an exclusive Plus fashion runway show. 

The one-day event will showcase over 100 Plus size models, both men and women, at The Roosevelt New Orleans. Not affiliated with Essence or Essence Fest Weekend, the concept of this premier event is not much different than that of the prominent Black music festival, famously known for creating a cultural experience and celebration for Black music lovers. “Essence of Curves is an experience of its own”, says 3P co-creator Treona Kelty-Jacobs. “It’s a celebration that’s designed to redefine standards and encourage brands to be more responsive to Plus models in mainstream spaces.” In addition to this being a unique opportunity for designers, the event will spotlight the finest in up-and-coming makeup artists, hairstylists, and eye-catching Plus size models. 

Another component to this event will be a panel featuring curvy and plus women leaders. business owners and tastemakers who've dominated the market by blazing trails in their respective industries. Publicists, bloggers, fashion representatives, selected VIPs, socialites and corporate sponsors are welcome to enjoy this event.
