Triple Berry and Kale Smoothie

Triple Berry and Kale Smoothie is perfect for an on-the-go breakfast or a great option for a snack. This smoothie provides a ton of antioxidants that you can enjoy all year round since you can find triple berries in your freezer section of your local grocer. Triple Berry and Kale Smoothie is a great, healthy option and is truly a delicious combination of flavors that everyone will enjoy!

Total Time: 10 mins Prep Time: 10 mins Level: Easy

  • 2 cups of Private Selection (Kroger Brand)  frozen Triple Berry
  • 1 large banana Peeled and broken into 3 pieces
  • ½ cup of vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup of milk (whichever you prefer)
  • Small handful of kale
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

Instructions:

1 – Add berries, banana, yogurt, milk, kale, and honey to blender

2 – Blend until smooth and frothy

3 – Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for one day.
