Who doesn’t want a flat tummy, right? Most of us will work and work but still won’t achieve that flat tummy we want. Well, have you heard the saying “abs are made in the kitchen”? A big part of getting those rock hard abs and flat firm tummies lie in what you eat. Here are a few foods you can eat and a couple of great workouts from Deblair Fitness that will help to get you on your way to a Slaytastic tummy!

• Blueberries- They contain antioxidants that improve blood flow & help get more oxygen to the muscles. Polyphenols in blueberries decrease the development of fat cells

• Apples- A great source of fiber.

• Yogurt- Most varieties have probiotic bacteria that helps with bloating and keeping your digestive system working properly.

• Salmon- This delicious fish contains omega-3 fatty acids that help make your metabolism more efficient.

• Egg Whites- contain protein which increase your metabolism helping you to burn more calories

Workout 1

Do 3 sets of each:

35 Squats

35 Mountain Climbers

35 Squats

35 Leg raises

35 Squats

35 Walking Lunges (each leg)

Workout 2

1 min jumping jacks

50 crunches

30 second plank

50 Russian Twist

30 second flutter kicks

10 side plank crunches (each side)

30 V - ups

30 second plank
