2015 Fall Fashion

The fall season has stumbled upon us and soon the weather will change.  The change of weather brings a change of wardrobe.  Some people will just go into the back of their closet and pull out their old favorites such as fur boots and cowl sweaters.  If you have not been up on the coming trends for fall, don’t worry because I have you covered.

Many designers took inspiration from the 70’s and 80’s for their fall collections.  The Boho Chic silhouette is hot this season.  Your favorite stores will be having a bevy of flare-legged pants. Style tip: If you pair them with a wedge or high heel, it will give your legs an elongated appearance.

Fall would not be fall without a nice selection of sweaters.  Chunky knits will be in high demand.  Another tip would be to pair a bulky sweater with a slimmer silhouette on the bottom, perhaps a pencil skirt or cigarette pant; this will give balance to the look.  In the avenue of outerwear, the puffer jacket and shear-ling coat will not only keep you warm and cozy, but it will also provide texture to your ensemble.

Being trendy is not only just clothing; it is in the total look, so don’t overlook those statement accessories.  Big, funky earrings and textured leggings can take last year’s look and give it an upgrade. So don’t be shy this season; try new things.  Mix and match your fall favorites with some new pieces, and always remember that fashion always comes full circle.
